A beer at toot’s

The other day I went to a restaurant called Toot’s; it is kind of like Hooters in a way. My direct service professional was giving me a beer. I think I earned a beer since I already have completed two classes this summer. When we were leaving the restaurant my DSP went ahead to start the van. There was a woman who was asking if I was in distress and I kept nodding my head no. I sometimes have spasms which are a series of rapid movements caused by Cerebral Palsy. Then when my DSP walked over to get me; the lady kept telling my caregiver that she wasn’t a good caregiver. This really ticks me off, I wish people would mind their own business. When we drove away she flipped off my DSP off I didn’t really appreciate that. I hate when people assume that I am mentally challenged I am totally capable of making my own decisions.
