Can People with Cerebral Palsy work out?

Lifting weights is something I started while attending college. I used it as a stress reliever from homework and life. I am unable to grab a hold of the weight, so I use a strap that attaches to the weight. I pull the weight up and down until I do ten reps and I started on 7 pounds. I bet everybody at the gym was wondering what that boy in the wheelchair was doing at the gym? Lifting weights helps me build strength to make bed transfers.
