Dealing with Caregivers

I am considered a quadriplegic, which is confined to a wheelchair. Being a quadriplegic means that you could not used your hands. I can’t feed myself or let myself p. I used to get home — healthcare aides, when I lived at my mother’s house. I had good and bad, I always would tell who would last and who would not. One time this lady decided to steal my stepfather’s pain pills to get high. We were going to Wal — Mart until she said she was getting sick. Then we realized what she did. I did have good aids, but they and go. If it wasn’t for caregivers I would not able to go back to school and get my degrees. The agency would hire anybody because nobody wants to be a caregiver for $10.00 dollars per hour. I think caregivers should get pay more money than what companies offer them. One time I had a caregiver who took me to dollywood to ride rollercoasters. The agency didn’t like the idea of me going on the rollercoasters. they were worried about me getting hurt. I couldn’t go out and drink a beer without getting lecture from the agency. I have dealt with people who just want to sit on the crouch and do nothing. That’s not fair to me!
