How to Manage stress During a Semester!

I know how challenging going to school can be, trust me I have two degrees. Going to school doesn’t mean that you must stay in your room studying 24/7, You should take a walk around campus and socialize. This experience suppose to be fun, join an organization. If you keep your nose that will stress you out after 3 weeks trust me I know.

Follow these steps:

  1. Limit your screen time which means don’t at the screen for 3 hours at a time.

2. Take a walk or exercise for a hour and socialize.

3. Adapt a healthy study habit which means study for a hour then exercise for a hour.

4. Try to eat healthily and don’t run yourself down.
