Why Does Facebook Make You Depress?
Almost everyone in the world is on Facebook which connects you with people around the world. You can become depressed by using Facebook too much. If you are like me you probably use Facebook a lot to connect with the world. Let's say you are alone one Saturday night and your friends go to a party and post pictures of them having fun. You want to be there having fun with your friends. This is called Fear of Miss Out which causes you to check your Facebook constantly. Fear of Missing is a theory that makes you feel like your friends on Facebook have a better life than you. Most people post pictures when they do something special. They probably have a boarding life like you. Some phones make noises when you receive a notification which makes you want to check it.
Here are ways to avoid FOMO
