These types of shows are focused on the love lives of doctors and crazy diseases. It seems like they make a new medical show every four years

Taylor Sheridan who was raised on a ranch created the Yellowstone series which is based on the Dutton ranch.in Montana. Kevin Costner plays John Dutton who is a sixth — generation ranch owner. John struggles to keep his ranch safe from the developers which are trying to build a casino that will destroy the valley. a Sheraton is expanding the Yellowstone universe by creating a series called 1883 which is about the Dutton family’s journey from Tennessee to Montana. The 1883 series take place in post-civil war days and faces a lot of hardships along their journey to Montana starring Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. I hope to see more shows like Yellowstone and a lot fewer medical drama shows.
